Brought my husqvarna lawn tractor in to get the blades sharpened and level the deck if needed. Received a call that it was finished 2 days later after I had called to see what the deal was since I hadn't heard anything. Paid $60 total to have the blades sharpened. Brought the tractor home, started it up, and started mowing my lawn. Mowed 2 passes and saw that the grass was all torn up down to the dirt. Raised the mower in into the air to find the blades put on upside down. I called them and they told me to bring in back in. (Why would I waste my gas and time to bring it back so they could forget something else). I decided to take the deck off and reinstall the blades the correct way. Couple days later, today, (6/15/2017), I was near the store and stopped in to show them the pictures and told them my grass was all chewed up. The "manager" came out and told me that it wouldn't tear up the grass, it would just push the grass down... I walked out because I was so irritated and didn't want to get into an altercation. Please just own up to the mistakes that your Techs make if there is valid proof. As a veteran and somebody who loves to help local businesses grow, I will not recommend this place to anybody in the future.

My Trail mower has been here for over a month. I understand repairs don't happen overnight but I have been more than patient. The customer service hasn't been poor but the fact that my equipment still isn't done is a very big inconvenience. I may change my mind if they decide to take it off the bill which I'm sure won't happen. If you need your equipment back in a timely fashion I would suggest going elsewhere.
